Ingredients

- 1 loaf of bread, cubed
- 1 cup vegetable broth
- 1 onion, chopped
- 2 celery stalks, chopped
- 2 carrots, chopped
- 2 tsp dried sage
- 2 tsp dried thyme
- 1/4 cup fresh parsley, chopped
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
- In a large skillet, sauté onion, celery, and carrots until soft.
- Add sage, thyme, salt, and pepper, and mix well.
- In a large bowl, combine bread cubes and sautéed vegetables.
- Pour vegetable broth over the mixture and stir to combine.
- Transfer to a greased baking dish.
- Bake for 30-40 minutes until golden brown.

- Adjust herbs to your taste.
