Ingredients

- 2 ribeye steaks
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- Salt and pepper to taste
- 1 tablespoon fresh rosemary, chopped
- 1 tablespoon butter
- 1 cup asparagus, trimmed
- 1 cup cherry tomatoes
Instructions
- Preheat your grill or skillet over medium-high heat.
- Season the steaks with salt, pepper, and rosemary.
- Heat olive oil in the skillet.
- Add the steaks and cook for 4-5 minutes on each side for medium-rare.
- Add garlic and butter to the pan during the last minute of cooking.
- Remove the steaks and let them rest.
- Add asparagus and cherry tomatoes to the same pan and sauté for 3-4 minutes.
- Serve the steaks with the sautéed vegetables.
