Ingredients

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a bowl, cream together butter and sugar.
  3. Add eggs, milk, and vanilla extract; mix well.
  4. In another bowl, combine flour, baking powder, and salt.
  5. Gradually add dry ingredients to wet ingredients; mix until smooth.
  6. Pour batter into mini cake pans.
  7. Bake for 15-20 minutes or until a toothpick comes out clean.
  8. Let cakes cool before frosting.
  9. Decorate with frosting and fresh strawberries.
