Ingredients

- 2 ribeye steaks
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 4 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 teaspoon rosemary, chopped
- 1 teaspoon thyme, chopped
- Salt and pepper to taste
- 1 cup red wine
- 1 tablespoon butter
- 1 pound asparagus
- 1 tablespoon lemon juice
Instructions
- Preheat your grill or skillet over medium-high heat.
- Rub the steaks with olive oil, garlic, rosemary, thyme, salt, and pepper.
- Cook the steaks for 4-5 minutes on each side for medium-rare.
- Remove the steaks and let them rest.
- In the same pan, add red wine and bring to a simmer.
- Add butter and stir until melted.
- In another pan, sauté asparagus with lemon juice until tender.
- Serve the steaks with red wine sauce and asparagus on the side.

- Let the steaks rest for a few minutes before cutting.
- Adjust cooking time based on your preferred steak doneness.
