- 2 cups broccoli florets
- 1 cup cherry tomatoes
- 1/2 cup parmesan cheese
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).
- In a bowl, mix olive oil, garlic powder, salt, and pepper.
- Add chicken breast and coat evenly with the mixture.
- Place chicken on a baking sheet.
- Surround chicken with broccoli and cherry tomatoes.
- Sprinkle parmesan cheese on top.
- Bake for 25-30 minutes or until chicken is cooked through.
- Serve hot.

- Substitute broccoli with asparagus if preferred.
