Ingredients

Instructions
- Preheat oven to 300°F (150°C).
- Whisk almond flour and powdered sugar together.
- In a separate bowl, beat egg whites until foamy.
- Gradually add granulated sugar and beat until stiff peaks form.
- Fold in the almond flour mixture and food coloring.
- Pipe small circles onto a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
- Let them sit for 30 minutes to form a skin.
- Bake for 15-20 minutes.
- Let cool completely before filling.
- Mix butter, powdered sugar, and vanilla for the filling.
- Spread filling between two macarons to assemble.
