  • 1 cup boiling water
  • 2 cups whipped cream
  • ½ cup strawberries, sliced

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. Grease and flour a heart-shaped cake pan.
  3. In a large bowl, mix flour, sugar, cocoa powder, baking powder, baking soda, and salt.
  4. Add eggs, milk, oil, and vanilla extract. Mix until smooth.
  5. Stir in boiling water until combined.
  6. Pour the batter into the prepared pan.
  7. Bake for 30-35 minutes or until a toothpick comes out clean.
  8. Let the cake cool for 10 minutes, then remove from the pan.
  9. Frost with whipped cream and top with strawberries.
