Ingredients

Instructions

  2. Season the chicken breasts with salt and pepper.
  3. Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium heat.
  4. Sear the chicken breasts for 5 minutes on each side.
  5. Transfer the chicken to a baking dish.
  6. Add cherry tomatoes and mozzarella cheese on top.
  7. Bake for 20 minutes or until the chicken is fully cooked.
  8. Garnish with fresh basil before serving.
