Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).

- Stir in vanilla extract.
- Pour the batter into greased ramekins.
- Bake for 15 minutes.
- Remove from oven and let cool slightly.
- Top with raspberry puree and garnish with fresh raspberries and mint leaves.
