Ingredients

  • 2 tsp baking powder

  • 1 cup buttercream frosting
  • Heart-shaped sprinkles

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a bowl, cream together butter and sugar.
  3. Add eggs and vanilla, mix well.
  4. In another bowl, combine flour, baking powder, and salt.
  5. Gradually add dry ingredients to the wet mixture, alternating with milk.
  6. Divide the batter into two bowls. Color one with red and the other with pink food coloring.
  7. Spoon alternate colors into cupcake liners.
  8. Bake for 18-20 minutes.
  9. Let cool completely.
  10. Frost with buttercream and decorate with sprinkles.
