- 1 pre-made tart shell
- 1 cup raspberry filling
- 1 cup white chocolate chips
- 1/2 cup heavy cream
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- Fresh raspberries for garnish
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
- Bake the tart shell for 10 minutes until golden.
- In a saucepan, heat the heavy cream until it simmers.
- Remove from heat and add white chocolate chips and vanilla extract.
- Stir until smooth and let it cool slightly.
- Spread the raspberry filling in the cooled tart shell.
- Pour the white chocolate mixture over the raspberry filling.
- Chill in the refrigerator for 2 hours.
- Garnish with fresh raspberries before serving.
