Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. Bake the tart shell for 10 minutes until golden.
  3. In a saucepan, heat the heavy cream until it simmers.
  4. Remove from heat and add white chocolate chips and vanilla extract.
  5. Stir until smooth and let it cool slightly.
  6. Spread the raspberry filling in the cooled tart shell.
  7. Pour the white chocolate mixture over the raspberry filling.
  8. Chill in the refrigerator for 2 hours.
  9. Garnish with fresh raspberries before serving.
