Ingredients
- Turkey – 1 whole (12-14 lbs)
- Stuffing – 1 box or homemade (about 12 cups)
- Cranberry sauce – 1 can or homemade
- Green beans – 1 lb
- Mashed potatoes – 5 lbs
- Gravy – 4 cups
- Pumpkin pie – 1 large
- Butter – 1 cup
- Salt and pepper – to taste
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 325°F (165°C).
- Prepare the turkey by seasoning it with salt, pepper, and butter.
- Stuff the turkey with stuffing.
- Place the turkey in a roasting pan and cook for 3-4 hours.
- Boil potatoes until tender, then mash with butter, milk, salt, and pepper.
- Cook green beans until just tender.
- Prepare gravy using turkey drippings.
- Serve cranberry sauce on the side.
- Slice the pumpkin pie and serve with whipped cream.

- Let the turkey rest for 30 minutes before carving.
- Use leftover turkey for sandwiches.
