Description

Ingredients

  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 1/2 cup Gruyère cheese, grated
  • 1/4 cup white wine
  • 2 tablespoons butter
  • 1 tablespoon flour
  • 1 tablespoon Dijon mustard
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Fresh parsley for garnish

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. Boil the lobster tails for 8-10 minutes until cooked. Remove meat from shells.
  3. In a saucepan, melt butter over medium heat. Stir in flour and cook for 1 minute.
  4. Add white wine and heavy cream. Stir until thickened.
  5. Mix in Dijon mustard, salt, and pepper.
  6. Add lobster meat to the sauce and stir well.
  7. Transfer the mixture back to the lobster shells.
  8. Top with grated Gruyère cheese.
  9. Bake for 15-20 minutes until cheese is golden.
  10. Garnish with fresh parsley before serving.
