- 2 live lobsters
- 1 cup heavy cream
- 1/4 cup butter
- 1/2 cup white wine
- 1 tablespoon Dijon mustard

Instructions
- Boil the lobsters in salted water for 10 minutes.
- Remove the lobster meat and chop it into bite-sized pieces.
- In a saucepan, melt the butter over medium heat.
- Add the white wine and simmer for 5 minutes.
- Stir in the heavy cream and Dijon mustard.
- Add the lobster meat and cook for another 5 minutes.
- Stir in Parmesan cheese and season with salt and pepper.
- Serve with chopped parsley on top.
