Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup pumpkin puree
  • 1/2 cup mascarpone cheese
  • 1/2 cup heavy cream
  • 1/4 cup sugar
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1/2 teaspoon cinnamon
  • 1 package ladyfinger cookies
  • Cocoa powder for dusting

Instructions

  1. Brew coffee and let it cool.
  2. In a bowl, mix pumpkin puree, mascarpone cheese, heavy cream, sugar, vanilla, and cinnamon.
  3. Dip ladyfingers in the cooled coffee briefly.
  4. Layer dipped ladyfingers in a dish.
  5. Add a layer of the pumpkin mixture on top.
  6. Repeat layers until ingredients are used.
  7. Dust the top with cocoa powder.
  8. Refrigerate for at least 4 hours before serving.
