Ingredients

- 1 cup brewed coffee
- 1/2 cup pumpkin puree
- 1/2 cup mascarpone cheese
- 1/2 cup heavy cream
- 1/4 cup sugar
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1/2 teaspoon cinnamon
- 1 package ladyfinger cookies
- Cocoa powder for dusting
Instructions
- Brew coffee and let it cool.
- In a bowl, mix pumpkin puree, mascarpone cheese, heavy cream, sugar, vanilla, and cinnamon.
- Dip ladyfingers in the cooled coffee briefly.
- Layer dipped ladyfingers in a dish.
- Add a layer of the pumpkin mixture on top.
- Repeat layers until ingredients are used.
- Dust the top with cocoa powder.
- Refrigerate for at least 4 hours before serving.

- Adjust sweetness to your preference.
