Ingredients

  • 1 cup vegetable broth
  • 1/2 cup celery, chopped
  • 1/2 cup onion, chopped
  • 1/4 cup butter, melted
  • 1 teaspoon sage
  • 1 teaspoon thyme
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon pepper
  • 2 eggs, beaten

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a large bowl, combine bread crumbs, celery, onion, sage, thyme, salt, and pepper.
  3. In a separate bowl, mix broth and melted butter.
  4. Add the broth mixture to the bread mixture.
  5. Stir in the beaten eggs until well combined.
  6. Form the mixture into balls and place them on a baking sheet.
  7. Bake for 25-30 minutes until golden brown.
