- 2 cups of diced potatoes

- 1 cup of corn

- 1/2 cup of cream
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
- Boil the diced potatoes until tender, about 15 minutes.
- In a skillet, melt the butter and add the green beans and corn.
- Season with salt, pepper, and garlic powder.
- Mix in the cream and stir until heated through.
- Combine the potatoes with the vegetable mixture.
- Transfer to a baking dish and bake for 20 minutes.
Notes
- For a healthier option, use olive oil instead of butter.
- You can add cheese on top before baking for extra flavor.
