Description
A delicious sandwich made with Thanksgiving leftovers.
Ingredients
Scale
- 2 slices of bread
- 1/2 cup turkey, sliced
- 1/4 cup cranberry sauce
- 1/4 cup stuffing
- 1 slice of cheese
- 1 tablespoon mayonnaise
Instructions
- Spread mayonnaise on one side of each slice of bread.
- Layer turkey on one slice of bread.
- Add cranberry sauce on top of the turkey.
- Add stuffing over the cranberry sauce.
- Place cheese slice on top of the stuffing.
- Top with the second slice of bread, mayonnaise side down.
- Grill the sandwich in a skillet over medium heat until golden brown on both sides.
- Slice and serve warm.
Notes
- Use any leftover bread for a unique twist.
- Add lettuce for extra crunch.
- Use a panini press for a crispy finish.
