Description

A delicious sandwich made with Thanksgiving leftovers.


Ingredients

Scale
  • 2 slices of bread
  • 1/2 cup turkey, sliced
  • 1/4 cup cranberry sauce
  • 1/4 cup stuffing
  • 1 slice of cheese
  • 1 tablespoon mayonnaise

Instructions

  1. Spread mayonnaise on one side of each slice of bread.
  2. Layer turkey on one slice of bread.
  3. Add cranberry sauce on top of the turkey.
  4. Add stuffing over the cranberry sauce.
  5. Place cheese slice on top of the stuffing.
  6. Top with the second slice of bread, mayonnaise side down.
  7. Grill the sandwich in a skillet over medium heat until golden brown on both sides.
  8. Slice and serve warm.

Notes

  • Use any leftover bread for a unique twist.
  • Add lettuce for extra crunch.
  • Use a panini press for a crispy finish.
