Ingredients

- 2 lobsters
- 1 cup bread crumbs
- 1/4 cup melted butter
- 1/2 cup chopped onions
- 1/2 cup chopped celery
- 1/4 cup chopped bell pepper
- 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1/2 teaspoon paprika
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 375°F.
- Boil lobsters for 8-10 minutes, then cool.
- Remove lobster meat and chop it finely.
- In a pan, sauté onions, celery, and bell pepper until soft.
- In a bowl, mix bread crumbs, melted butter, sautéed vegetables, garlic powder, paprika, and lobster meat.
- Stuff the mixture back into the lobster shells.
- Bake for 15-20 minutes until golden brown.
- Serve hot.
