Ingredients

  • 2 lobsters
  • 1 cup bread crumbs
  • 1/4 cup melted butter
  • 1/2 cup chopped onions
  • 1/2 cup chopped celery
  • 1/4 cup chopped bell pepper
  • 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon paprika
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 375°F.
  2. Boil lobsters for 8-10 minutes, then cool.
  3. Remove lobster meat and chop it finely.
  4. In a pan, sauté onions, celery, and bell pepper until soft.
  5. In a bowl, mix bread crumbs, melted butter, sautéed vegetables, garlic powder, paprika, and lobster meat.
  6. Stuff the mixture back into the lobster shells.
  7. Bake for 15-20 minutes until golden brown.
  8. Serve hot.
