A delicious recipe for stuffed lobster tails.
Ingredients

- 2 lobster tails
- 1 cup breadcrumbs
- 1/2 cup cooked crab meat
- 1/4 cup minced onion
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1/4 cup melted butter
- 1 tablespoon lemon juice
- 1 teaspoon paprika
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
- In a bowl, combine breadcrumbs, crab meat, onion, garlic, melted butter, lemon juice, paprika, salt, and pepper.
- Split the lobster tails in half lengthwise.
- Remove the meat and chop it into small pieces.
- Add the chopped lobster meat to the breadcrumb mixture.
- Stuff the mixture into the lobster shells.
- Place stuffed lobster tails on a baking sheet.
- Bake for 20-25 minutes until golden brown.
Notes
- Adjust seasoning to taste.
- Serve with lemon wedges.
- Pair with a side salad.
