Ingredients

  • 2 lobster tails
  • 1 cup breadcrumbs
  • 1/2 cup cooked crab meat
  • 1/4 cup minced onion
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1/4 cup melted butter
  • 1 tablespoon lemon juice
  • 1 teaspoon paprika
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. In a bowl, combine breadcrumbs, crab meat, onion, garlic, melted butter, lemon juice, paprika, salt, and pepper.
  3. Split the lobster tails in half lengthwise.
  4. Remove the meat and chop it into small pieces.
  5. Add the chopped lobster meat to the breadcrumb mixture.
  6. Stuff the mixture into the lobster shells.
  7. Place stuffed lobster tails on a baking sheet.
  8. Bake for 20-25 minutes until golden brown.
