- 2 cups sourdough starter
- 1 cup all-purpose flour
- 1/2 cup sugar
- 1/2 cup unsalted butter, softened
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1 cup chocolate chips
- 1/2 cup chopped nuts (optional)
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
- In a large bowl, mix the sourdough starter, flour, sugar, and butter until combined.
- Add vanilla extract and salt, mixing well.
- Fold in chocolate chips and nuts if using.
- Drop spoonfuls of the mixture onto a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
- Bake for 15-20 minutes or until golden brown.
- Let cool before serving.
Notes
- Store in an airtight container for up to a week.
- You can substitute chocolate chips with dried fruit.
