Delicious snickerdoodle truffles coated in cinnamon sugar.
Ingredients

- 1 cup vanilla cake mix
- 1/2 cup cream cheese, softened
- 1/4 cup powdered sugar
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1/2 teaspoon ground cinnamon
- 1 cup white chocolate chips
- 2 tablespoons coconut oil
- 1/4 cup granulated sugar
- 1 teaspoon ground cinnamon (for coating)
Instructions
- In a bowl, mix vanilla cake mix, cream cheese, powdered sugar, vanilla extract, and cinnamon until smooth.
- Chill the mixture in the refrigerator for 30 minutes.
- Form the mixture into small balls, about 1 inch in size.
- In a microwave-safe bowl, melt white chocolate chips and coconut oil until smooth.
- Dip each truffle into the melted chocolate, coating completely.
- Mix granulated sugar with ground cinnamon in a separate bowl.
- Roll each chocolate-coated truffle in the cinnamon-sugar mixture.
- Place the truffles on a parchment-lined tray and refrigerate until firm.
Notes
- Store truffles in an airtight container in the refrigerator.
- Allow truffles to sit at room temperature for a few minutes before serving.
