Description

Delicious snickerdoodle truffles coated in cinnamon sugar.


Ingredients

  • 1 cup vanilla cake mix
  • 1/2 cup cream cheese, softened
  • 1/4 cup powdered sugar
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1/2 teaspoon ground cinnamon
  • 1 cup white chocolate chips
  • 2 tablespoons coconut oil
  • 1/4 cup granulated sugar
  • 1 teaspoon ground cinnamon (for coating)

Instructions

  1. In a bowl, mix vanilla cake mix, cream cheese, powdered sugar, vanilla extract, and cinnamon until smooth.
  2. Chill the mixture in the refrigerator for 30 minutes.
  3. Form the mixture into small balls, about 1 inch in size.
  4. In a microwave-safe bowl, melt white chocolate chips and coconut oil until smooth.
  5. Dip each truffle into the melted chocolate, coating completely.
  6. Mix granulated sugar with ground cinnamon in a separate bowl.
  7. Roll each chocolate-coated truffle in the cinnamon-sugar mixture.
  8. Place the truffles on a parchment-lined tray and refrigerate until firm.
