- 1 cup whole milk
- 3/4 cup granulated sugar
- 1 tablespoon vanilla extract
- 1 teaspoon ground cinnamon
- 1/2 cup cookie dough pieces
- 1/4 cup cinnamon sugar (for topping)
Instructions
- In a mixing bowl, combine heavy cream, whole milk, sugar, vanilla extract, and ground cinnamon.
- Whisk the mixture until the sugar dissolves completely.
- Add cookie dough pieces and stir gently.
- Pour the mixture into an ice cream maker and churn according to the manufacturer’s instructions.
- Transfer the ice cream to a container and freeze for at least 4 hours.
- Before serving, sprinkle with cinnamon sugar.
Notes
- For a richer flavor, use more cinnamon.
- Let the ice cream sit at room temperature for a few minutes before scooping.
- Store in an airtight container to prevent freezer burn.
