Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup unsalted butter, melted
  • 1 cup brown sugar
  • 1 tablespoon ground cinnamon

  • 1/2 cup powdered sugar

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. Grease a 9×13 inch baking dish.
  3. Spread the cherry pie filling evenly on the bottom of the dish.
  4. In a bowl, mix the cake mix, melted butter, eggs, and vanilla until well combined.
  5. Pour the cake mixture over the cherry filling.
  6. In a separate bowl, mix brown sugar and cinnamon.
  7. Sprinkle the brown sugar mixture over the cake batter.
  8. Bake for 40-45 minutes or until the top is golden brown.
  9. Let it cool slightly before serving.
