Description
Snickerdoodle cupcakes made from a box cake mix.
Ingredients

- 1 box vanilla cake mix
- 3 large eggs
- 1 cup water
- 1/2 cup vegetable oil
- 1 tablespoon ground cinnamon
- 1 cup sugar
- 1/2 cup unsalted butter, softened
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
- In a large bowl, mix the cake mix, eggs, water, and oil until smooth.
- Add cinnamon and mix well.
- Fill cupcake liners 2/3 full with batter.
- Bake for 18-20 minutes or until a toothpick comes out clean.
- Let cupcakes cool.
- In a bowl, mix sugar and cinnamon for topping.
- Frost cooled cupcakes with butter and sprinkle with cinnamon sugar.
Notes
- Store cupcakes in an airtight container.
- Use cream cheese frosting for added flavor.
- Adjust cinnamon to taste.
