Ingredients

  • 1 large egg
  • 1 package (8 oz) cream cheese, softened
  • 1/4 cup granulated sugar (for rolling)
  • 2 teaspoons ground cinnamon (for rolling)

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a bowl, mix flour, baking soda, salt, and cinnamon.
  3. In another bowl, beat butter, granulated sugar, brown sugar, and vanilla until smooth.
  4. Add egg and cream cheese to the butter mixture and mix well.
  5. Gradually add dry ingredients to the wet ingredients.
  6. In a small bowl, mix 1/4 cup sugar and 2 teaspoons cinnamon.
  7. Form dough into balls and roll in cinnamon-sugar mixture.
  8. Place on baking sheet and bake for 10-12 minutes.
  9. Let cool before serving.
