Ingredients

- 2 lbs chicken wings
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- 1 tbsp smoked paprika
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- 1 tsp onion powder
- 1 tsp salt
- 1/2 tsp black pepper
- 1/4 tsp cayenne pepper
Instructions
- Preheat your smoker to 250°F.
- In a large bowl, mix olive oil, smoked paprika, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, black pepper, and cayenne pepper.
- Add chicken wings to the bowl and toss until well coated.
- Place the wings on the smoker rack.
- Smoke the wings for 2 hours or until they reach an internal temperature of 165°F.
- Remove from the smoker and let rest for 5 minutes before serving.
Notes
- For extra crispiness, finish wings on a hot grill for 5 minutes.
- Adjust spices according to your taste.
