- 2 lobster tails
- 1 cup shrimp, peeled and deveined
- 1/2 cup breadcrumbs
- 1/4 cup Parmesan cheese, grated
- 2 tablespoons butter, melted
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 teaspoon lemon juice
- 1/2 teaspoon paprika
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
- Cut the lobster tails in half lengthwise.
- In a bowl, combine shrimp, breadcrumbs, Parmesan cheese, butter, garlic, lemon juice, paprika, salt, and pepper.
- Stuff the mixture into the lobster tails.
- Place the lobster tails on a baking sheet.
- Bake for 20-25 minutes or until the lobster is cooked through.
- Serve hot.
