Description
Shrimp scampi inspired by Red Lobster.
Ingredients

- 1 pound large shrimp, peeled and deveined
- 4 tablespoons butter
- 3 cloves garlic, minced
- 1/2 teaspoon red pepper flakes
- 1/2 cup white wine
- 1 lemon, juiced
- 1/4 cup fresh parsley, chopped
- Salt and pepper to taste
- 8 ounces linguine, cooked
Instructions
- Melt butter in a skillet over medium heat.
- Add garlic and red pepper flakes, sauté for 1 minute.
- Add shrimp, cooking until pink, about 3-4 minutes.
- Pour in white wine and lemon juice, simmer for 2 minutes.
- Add cooked linguine and parsley, toss to combine.
- Season with salt and pepper, serve immediately.
Notes
- Use fresh shrimp for best flavor.
- Adjust red pepper flakes for spice level.
- Pair with a fresh salad or garlic bread.
