- 2 lobsters, alive
- 4 tablespoons butter, melted
- 2 garlic cloves, minced
- 1 tablespoon lemon juice

Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
- Prepare the lobsters by splitting them in half lengthwise.
- In a bowl, mix melted butter, garlic, lemon juice, salt, and pepper.
- Brush the lobster halves with the butter mixture.
- Place the lobsters on a baking sheet, cut side up.
- Roast in the oven for 20-25 minutes, until the meat is opaque.
- Serve hot with additional lemon wedges.
