Delicious homemade Reese’s Peanut Butter Cups.
Ingredients

- 1 cup milk chocolate chips
- 1/2 cup creamy peanut butter
- 1/4 cup powdered sugar
- 1/2 cup graham cracker crumbs
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
Instructions
- Melt the chocolate chips in a microwave-safe bowl.
- Line a muffin tin with cupcake liners.
- Add a layer of melted chocolate to the bottom of each liner.
- In a separate bowl, mix peanut butter, powdered sugar, graham cracker crumbs, and vanilla.
- Place a spoonful of the peanut butter mixture on top of the chocolate layer.
- Cover with more melted chocolate.
- Chill in the refrigerator for 30 minutes.
- Remove from liners and enjoy.
Notes
- Store in an airtight container.
- Experiment with dark chocolate for a different flavor.
