Delicious homemade Reese’s Peanut Butter Cups.


Ingredients

  • 1 cup milk chocolate chips
  • 1/2 cup creamy peanut butter
  • 1/4 cup powdered sugar
  • 1/2 cup graham cracker crumbs
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract

Instructions

  1. Melt the chocolate chips in a microwave-safe bowl.
  2. Line a muffin tin with cupcake liners.
  3. Add a layer of melted chocolate to the bottom of each liner.
  4. In a separate bowl, mix peanut butter, powdered sugar, graham cracker crumbs, and vanilla.
  5. Place a spoonful of the peanut butter mixture on top of the chocolate layer.
  6. Cover with more melted chocolate.
  7. Chill in the refrigerator for 30 minutes.
  8. Remove from liners and enjoy.
