Ingredients

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a bowl, mix flour, cocoa powder, baking soda, and salt.
  3. In another bowl, cream butter and sugar until fluffy.
  4. Add egg, food coloring, and vanilla extract to the butter mixture.
  5. Gradually add the dry ingredients to the wet ingredients.
  6. Roll the dough into balls and place them on a baking sheet.
  7. Make a thumbprint in the center of each ball.
  8. Fill each thumbprint with cream cheese frosting.
  9. Bake for 10-12 minutes.
  10. Let cool before serving.
