Description

A delicious seafood boil featuring shrimp, crab, and spices.


Ingredients

  • 2 lbs of shrimp
  • 1 lb of crab legs
  • 1 lb of mussels
  • 4 ears of corn, cut in halves
  • 2 lbs of baby potatoes
  • 1/4 cup of Old Bay seasoning
  • 1 lemon, halved
  • 4 cloves of garlic, minced
  • 2 tablespoons of butter
  • Salt to taste

Instructions

  1. Fill a large pot with water and bring it to a boil.
  2. Add baby potatoes and cook for 10 minutes.
  3. Add corn and cook for another 5 minutes.
  4. Add shrimp, crab legs, mussels, garlic, and Old Bay seasoning.
  5. Cook for 5-7 minutes until seafood is cooked through.
  6. Drain the pot and return the seafood to the pot.
  7. Add lemon juice and butter, mixing well.
  8. Serve hot with additional lemon wedges.
