Ingredients

- 8 oz linguini
- 1 cup heavy cream
- 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 1/4 cup unsalted butter
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1/4 tsp black pepper
- 1/4 tsp nutmeg
- 1 cup cooked shrimp
- 2 tbsp chopped parsley
Instructions
- Cook linguini according to package instructions.
- In a saucepan, melt butter over medium heat.
- Add minced garlic and sauté for 1 minute.
- Stir in heavy cream and bring to a simmer.
- Add Parmesan cheese, salt, pepper, and nutmeg; whisk until smooth.
- Add cooked shrimp to the sauce.
- Toss cooked linguini in the sauce until well coated.
- Garnish with parsley before serving.
