Ingredients

- 2 cups cooked lobster meat, chopped
- 1 cup cooked shrimp, chopped
- 1 cup cooked rice
- 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- 1/2 cup cream of mushroom soup
- 1/2 cup milk
- 1/4 cup green onions, chopped
- 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1/2 teaspoon paprika
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
- In a large bowl, combine lobster, shrimp, rice, and green onions.
- Add cream of mushroom soup, milk, garlic powder, paprika, salt, and pepper.
- Mix well until all ingredients are combined.
- Transfer the mixture to a greased baking dish.
- Top with shredded cheddar cheese.
- Bake for 25-30 minutes or until the cheese is melted and bubbly.
- Let cool for a few minutes before serving.

- Use fresh seafood for best flavor.
- Can substitute crab meat for lobster.
