Description
A delicious pizza crust inspired by Red Lobster’s famous biscuits.
Ingredients

- 2 cups all-purpose flour
- 1 tablespoon baking powder
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 cup cold butter, cubed
- 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- 1/4 cup milk
- 1/4 cup sour cream
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
- In a bowl, mix flour, baking powder, and salt.
- Add cold butter and mix until crumbly.
- Stir in cheddar cheese.
- In another bowl, combine milk and sour cream.
- Add wet ingredients to dry ingredients and mix until just combined.
- Roll out the dough on a floured surface and shape it into a pizza crust.
- Place the crust on a baking sheet and bake for 15-20 minutes.
- Remove from oven and let it cool before adding toppings.
Notes
- You can add herbs for extra flavor.
- This crust pairs well with seafood toppings.
