- 3 large eggs
- 1 cup cooked lobster meat, chopped

- 1 cup heavy cream

Instructions
- Make the pasta dough by mixing flour and eggs until smooth.
- Wrap the dough in plastic and let it rest for 30 minutes.
- In a bowl, combine lobster meat, ricotta, Parmesan, lemon juice, salt, and pepper.
- Roll out the dough thinly and cut into squares.
- Place a small amount of filling on each square.
- Fold the dough over the filling and seal the edges.
- Cook ravioli in boiling salted water for 3-4 minutes.
- In a pan, heat olive oil and sauté garlic until fragrant.
- Add heavy cream and simmer for 5 minutes.
- Mix cooked ravioli with the sauce and garnish with parsley.
