Description

  • 1 cup chicken broth

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 325°F (165°C).
  2. Season the pork shoulder with salt and pepper.
  3. In a large oven-safe pot, heat some oil and brown the pork on all sides.
  4. Add the sliced onion and sauté until soft.
  5. Stir in the sauerkraut and chicken broth.
  6. Sprinkle caraway seeds over the top.
