Ingredients

- 1/2 cup sweetened condensed milk
- 1/2 teaspoon peppermint extract
- 2 cups semi-sweet chocolate chips
- 1 tablespoon coconut oil
Instructions
- In a bowl, mix powdered sugar, sweetened condensed milk, and peppermint extract.
- Shape the mixture into small patties.
- Chill the patties in the refrigerator for 30 minutes.
- Melt chocolate chips and coconut oil in a microwave or double boiler.
- Dip each chilled patty into the melted chocolate.
- Place the dipped patties on parchment paper to set.
- Refrigerate until chocolate hardens.
