Instructions
- In a mixing bowl, whip the heavy cream until soft peaks form.
- Gradually add powdered sugar, vanilla extract, and peppermint extract, and mix until well combined.
- Fold in crushed chocolate cookies and mini chocolate chips.
- Spoon the mixture into serving cups.
- Chill in the refrigerator for at least 2 hours.
- Garnish with fresh mint leaves before serving.
