Description

A delicious dessert featuring layers of peppermint, chocolate, and creamy filling.


Ingredients

  • 1 packet of peppermint crisp chocolate (200g)
  • 1 packet of tennis biscuits (250g)
  • 1 cup of fresh cream (250ml)
  • 1 can of condensed milk (395g)
  • 1 teaspoon of vanilla extract

Instructions

  1. Crush the tennis biscuits into fine crumbs.
  2. Whip the fresh cream until soft peaks form.
  3. In a bowl, mix the condensed milk and vanilla extract.
  4. Fold the whipped cream into the condensed milk mixture.
  5. Layer the biscuit crumbs at the bottom of a tart dish.
  6. Spread half of the cream mixture over the crumbs.
  7. Grate half of the peppermint crisp chocolate over the cream.
  8. Add another layer of biscuit crumbs.
  9. Spread the remaining cream mixture on top.
  10. Grate the remaining peppermint crisp chocolate over the top layer.
  11. Chill in the refrigerator for at least 4 hours before serving.

Notes

  • For a stronger peppermint flavor, add peppermint extract.
  • Can substitute tennis biscuits with any other biscuit of choice.
