A delicious dessert featuring layers of peppermint, chocolate, and creamy filling.
Ingredients

- 1 packet of peppermint crisp chocolate (200g)
- 1 packet of tennis biscuits (250g)
- 1 cup of fresh cream (250ml)
- 1 can of condensed milk (395g)
- 1 teaspoon of vanilla extract
Instructions
- Crush the tennis biscuits into fine crumbs.
- Whip the fresh cream until soft peaks form.
- In a bowl, mix the condensed milk and vanilla extract.
- Fold the whipped cream into the condensed milk mixture.
- Layer the biscuit crumbs at the bottom of a tart dish.
- Spread half of the cream mixture over the crumbs.
- Grate half of the peppermint crisp chocolate over the cream.
- Add another layer of biscuit crumbs.
- Spread the remaining cream mixture on top.
- Grate the remaining peppermint crisp chocolate over the top layer.
- Chill in the refrigerator for at least 4 hours before serving.
Notes
- For a stronger peppermint flavor, add peppermint extract.
- Can substitute tennis biscuits with any other biscuit of choice.
- Ensure the tart is well chilled for best results.
