- 4 large egg whites
- 1 cup granulated sugar
- 1 teaspoon white vinegar
- 1 tablespoon cornstarch
- 1 cup heavy cream
- 2 tablespoons powdered sugar
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- Fresh fruits (kiwi, strawberries, and passionfruit)
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 250°F (120°C).
- In a large mixing bowl, beat egg whites until stiff peaks form.
- Gradually add granulated sugar, continuing to beat until glossy.
- Fold in vinegar and cornstarch gently.
- Spoon the meringue onto a baking sheet lined with parchment paper, forming a circle.
- Bake for 1 hour, then turn off the oven and let it cool completely inside.
- Whip the heavy cream, powdered sugar, and vanilla until soft peaks form.
- Spread whipped cream over the cooled meringue.
- Top with fresh fruits.
