Ingredients

  • 6 large eggs
  • 2 cups milk
  • 1/2 cup heavy cream
  • 1/2 cup brown sugar
  • 2 teaspoons vanilla extract
  • 1 teaspoon ground cinnamon

  • 1/2 cup maple syrup

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a large bowl, whisk together eggs, milk, cream, brown sugar, vanilla, cinnamon, and salt.
  3. Add the cubed bread to the mixture and stir to combine.
  4. Pour the mixture into a greased baking dish.
  5. Cover and refrigerate overnight.
  6. The next morning, uncover and drizzle with maple syrup.
  7. Bake for 45-50 minutes or until golden brown.
  8. Serve warm with extra syrup if desired.
