A delicious dessert inspired by the Ohio State Buckeyes, combining chocolate and peanut butter flavors.
Ingredients

- 1 cup peanut butter
- 1/4 cup butter, softened
- 2 cups powdered sugar
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 2 cups chocolate chips
Instructions
- In a bowl, mix peanut butter and softened butter until smooth.
- Add powdered sugar and vanilla extract. Mix until combined.
- Shape the mixture into small balls and place on a baking sheet.
- Chill in the refrigerator for 30 minutes.
- Melt chocolate chips in a microwave or double boiler.
- Dip each peanut butter ball into the melted chocolate, covering completely.
- Return to the baking sheet and let chocolate set.
Notes
- Store in an airtight container in the refrigerator.
- Can substitute almond butter for a different flavor.
