Instructions

- Sear the beef on all sides until browned.

- Combine red wine and beef broth, pour it over the beef.
- Add vegetables around the beef in the pan.
- Roast in the oven for 25-30 minutes for medium-rare.
- Let the beef rest for 10 minutes before slicing.
- Serve with pan sauce and roasted vegetables.
