Ingredients

- 2 cups of jackfruit, shredded
- 1 tablespoon of olive oil
- 1 teaspoon of Old Bay seasoning
- 1 teaspoon of garlic powder
- 1 tablespoon of lemon juice
- Salt to taste
- Pasta of choice
Instructions
- Drain and rinse the jackfruit.
- Shred the jackfruit using a fork.
- Heat olive oil in a pan over medium heat.
- Add shredded jackfruit to the pan.
- Sprinkle Old Bay seasoning and garlic powder over the jackfruit.
- Cook for 5-7 minutes until heated through.
- Add lemon juice and salt, mix well.
- Serve over cooked pasta.
