Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. Grease and flour mini cake pans.

  4. Add eggs, milk, and vanilla extract. Mix well.
  5. In another bowl, combine flour, baking powder, and salt.
  6. Gradually add dry ingredients to the wet mixture.
  7. Stir in red food coloring until well mixed.
  8. Pour batter into mini cake pans.
  9. Bake for 20-25 minutes or until a toothpick comes out clean.
  10. Let cakes cool before frosting.
