Ingredients

- 8 oz cream cheese
- 1/2 cup sugar
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- 1 egg
- 1/2 cup sour cream
- 1/4 cup graham cracker crumbs
- 1 tbsp melted butter
- Fresh strawberries for topping
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 325°F (160°C).
- In a bowl, mix graham cracker crumbs and melted butter.
- Press the mixture into the bottom of muffin cups.
- In another bowl, beat cream cheese, sugar, and vanilla until smooth.
- Add egg and sour cream, mix until combined.
- Pour the cream cheese mixture over the crust.
- Bake for 15-20 minutes or until set.
- Let cool, then refrigerate for at least 2 hours.
- Top with fresh strawberries before serving.
Notes
- Use room temperature cream cheese for easier mixing.
- Experiment with different toppings like chocolate or fruit.
