Ingredients

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 325°F (160°C).
  2. In a bowl, mix graham cracker crumbs and melted butter.
  3. Press the mixture into the bottom of muffin cups.
  4. In another bowl, beat cream cheese, sugar, and vanilla until smooth.
  5. Add egg and sour cream, mix until combined.
  6. Pour the cream cheese mixture over the crust.
  7. Bake for 15-20 minutes or until set.
  8. Let cool, then refrigerate for at least 2 hours.
  9. Top with fresh strawberries before serving.
