Ingredients

- 1 pound minced lobster meat
- 2 tablespoons butter
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1/4 cup onion, finely chopped
- 1/4 cup celery, finely chopped
- 1/4 cup bell pepper, finely chopped
- 1/2 cup breadcrumbs
- 1/4 cup parsley, chopped
- 1 teaspoon lemon juice
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Melt butter in a pan over medium heat.
- Add garlic, onion, celery, and bell pepper. Sauté until soft.
- Stir in minced lobster and cook for 2 minutes.
- Add breadcrumbs, parsley, lemon juice, salt, and pepper. Mix well.
- Form mixture into patties.
- Pan-fry patties for 3-4 minutes on each side until golden brown.
- Serve hot with your choice of sauce.
