A delicious mango cheesecake trifle layered with creamy cheesecake and fresh mango.


Ingredients

  • 1 cup mango puree
  • 2 cups cream cheese, softened
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 1/2 cup powdered sugar
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1 cup crushed graham crackers
  • 2 ripe mangoes, diced

Instructions

  1. In a bowl, mix cream cheese and powdered sugar until smooth.
  2. Whip heavy cream until stiff peaks form, then fold into the cream cheese mixture.
  3. Add vanilla extract and mango puree, mixing until combined.
  4. In a trifle dish, layer half of the crushed graham crackers.
  5. Spread half of the cheesecake mixture over the crackers.
  6. Add half of the diced mangoes on top.
  7. Repeat the layers with the remaining ingredients.
  8. Chill in the refrigerator for at least 4 hours before serving.

Notes

  • Use ripe mangoes for the best flavor.
  • Can substitute graham crackers with sponge cake.
