A delicious mango cheesecake trifle layered with creamy cheesecake and fresh mango.
Ingredients

- 1 cup mango puree
- 2 cups cream cheese, softened
- 1 cup heavy cream
- 1/2 cup powdered sugar
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1 cup crushed graham crackers
- 2 ripe mangoes, diced
Instructions
- In a bowl, mix cream cheese and powdered sugar until smooth.
- Whip heavy cream until stiff peaks form, then fold into the cream cheese mixture.
- Add vanilla extract and mango puree, mixing until combined.
- In a trifle dish, layer half of the crushed graham crackers.
- Spread half of the cheesecake mixture over the crackers.
- Add half of the diced mangoes on top.
- Repeat the layers with the remaining ingredients.
- Chill in the refrigerator for at least 4 hours before serving.
Notes
- Use ripe mangoes for the best flavor.
- Can substitute graham crackers with sponge cake.
- Make it a day ahead for better flavor.
